Giant Cinnamon Role

For everyone who wants a super easy dessert that they can share for their dinner, you are going to love this idea! Without having to make the cinnamon roll dough, just add a filling and that's it:

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry

  • hazelnut cream to taste

  • coconut sugar to taste

  • chopped hazelnuts to taste


For the glaze:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

  • 3 cds of vegetable milk (you can change the amount)


Instructions

  1. I roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle.

  2. Add the hazelnut cream, sugar and chopped hazelnuts to taste throughout the rectangle.

  3. Cut the dough vertically forming several rectangles/strips.

  4. Roll up only 1 rectangle (forming a mini role) and place it in the center of the mold. Roll the other strips around the mini role that is in the center, so that you form an increasingly larger role.

  5. Bake at 170ºC for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Mix the sugar with 1 cd of milk at a time in a bowl, this way you can better control the consistency of your glaze.

  7. Add the glaze on top while your role is still hot.
