Goat cheese, bacon and date dip

We continue with the Christmas entries and I originally saw this recipe on one of my favorite accounts (inspo recipe by @theoriginaldish it tastes amazing!). It's super quick to make and it's one of those recipes where most of the ingredients are to taste.




Ingredients

  • 1 package of goat cheese

  • 5 cds of unsweetened Greek yogurt

  • bacon to taste

  • pitted dates to taste

  • 2 sprigs of rosemary

  • honey to taste

  • loaf of bread



Instructions

  1. Blend or mix the goat cheese with the yogurt (both at room temperature) until smooth.

  2. Chop the bacon into small cubes. Cook the bacon until crispy and add the rosemary to the same fat.

  3. Cut the dates into cubes.

  4. Toast slices of bread.

  5. Assemble the cheese in a bowl, add the bacon, rosemary, dates and honey to taste.
