This recipe is one of my favorites for the holidays. Roasted vegetables are an easy way to incorporate more vegetables into a meal, so I highly recommend it. The portions of this recipe are just right to share with your family and friends, ideal for Christmas dinner. The sweet flavor of honey with orange is complemented by the spiciness of cayenne pepper, definitely one of the best ways to make these carrots.

Ingredients
4 whole carrots
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
juice of 1/2 orange and its zest
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
grain salt to taste
parsley to taste

Instructions
Cut the carrots diagonally or in any way you like. Then place in a bowl and add all the ingredients.
Stir and taste the liquid that is made, it is very important so that you adjust the sweet, salty and spicy of the mixture to your taste. To give the carrots more flavor, you can leave them in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Place them on a tray and bake at 180 C for 45 minutes, turning them after 20 minutes so that they cook evenly.
Once ready, place them on a plate to decorate them with the juice left from the mixture and a little parsley to taste.
