Pizza toast

This toast went viral thanks to one of the A-list celebrities, Hailey Bieber. I wanted to create my own version with mozzarella cheese and a homemade pizza sauce (because there is nothing better than a homemade sauce).

Ingredients

• 2 slices of sourdough bread

• 50 grs mozzarella

• 1 tomato

• fresh basil to taste

• chili flakes to taste

• homemade pizza sauce (recipe coming soon)

Instructions

1. Toast each slice of bread and add the cheese on top.

2. Add 2 slice of tomato and place the bread with the cheese and tomato in a pan with the lid on, to melt the cheese.

3. Add some sauce on top along with fresh basil, chili flakes and more grated cheese.
