Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie

The ideal dessert for fans of the pumpkin flavor, more cheesecake and more brownie. I leave you the light and classic version so you can make the one you prefer:

Ingredients for brownie

  • brownie mix of your preference (box brownie mix)

Cheesecake (all ingredients are at room temperature)

  • 120 grams of light cream cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 6 tbsp monk fruit

  • juice of 1/2 yellow lemon


Pumpkin cheesecake

  • half of the cheesecake mixture above

  • 3 tbsp of pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/365°F

  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake in another bowl

  4. Separate the mixture into two different bowls.

  5. Add the ingredients for the pumpkin mixture to one of the bowls

  6. Add the brownie mixture to a greased mold first. Then on top add a tablespoon of the cheesecake mixture, another of pumpkin and so on

  7. With a toothpick make lines from one side to the other and then from top to bottom

  8. Put in the oven for 30 min. After 30 minutes, cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes.

  9. Let it cool completely before breaking it.
