Spicy raspberry and hibiscus gummies

To all the gummy lovers out here and also fans of the spicy food, this recipe is for you! Easy homemade gummies made from fresh fruit, with no added sugar.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup pf hibiscus flavored water

  • 1/3 cup of raspberries

  • monk fruit to taste

  • 21 grs of gelatin

  • 3 tbsp water

  • spicy sauce "chamoy" to taste


Instructions
  1. Mix the hibiscus water, raspberries and monk fruit on a blender.

  2. Place the mixture on a sifter to avoid seeds.

  3. Hydrate the gelatin with water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  4. In a low heat saucepan, add the mixture and the gelatin. Mix until gelatin is completely melted.

  5. Add the mixture to silicon molds and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until completely solid.

  6. Add chamoy sauce to taste.
